  1. Koh Kong airport’s first test flight early 2022

2. KH to have first world-class racetrack worth around 26M

Duke Heng Sethy, owner of Maritime Group, recently signed an agreement with PHG International to build Cambodia’s first international racetrack, worth about 26 million euros ($ 30 million).

3. KH’s 1st international baseball court to be built in Kp. Chnang later this year

Hong Lai Huat Group Ltd has signed an agreement to develop its fourth mixed-use project in Cambodia. The joint venture is between its wholly-owned subsidiary HLH Development Pte Ltd (HLHD) and local landowner, Smart Winner Co Ltd.

8. Hundreds protest developer’s plans for Kandal ‘lake purchase’

About 600 people from four villages surrounding Boeung Khyang Lake in Roka Chonloeng commune of Kandal province’s Khsach Kandal district gathered at the commune hall on November 2 seeking an intervention and demanding authorities to preserve the lake for community use.
