The Covid 19 pandemic continues to impact Cambodia’s real estate industry, the economic fallout from the second quarter’s disruption is yet to be fully realised.
Rents and prices across most sectors continue a negative trajectory. However, the number and the value of investment projects approved by the Ministry of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction continue to grow, an increase of 21 in terms of value y o y.
Over the course of Q 2 2020 the market witnessed three new launches of condominium projects across three districts, and price adjustments in all the segments.
