Plot #1 – A Khmer house on a 139m2 plot of land on National Road 33A.  The house would be ideal as a maids and guards house with a covered two car garage at the rear as shown in the mock-up drawing and a covered Moto area too.  The existing house needs only minor/cosmetic remodeling to achieve the design shown in the picture.  There is a well on his plot and now, mains water is available too. The house is also connected to mains electricity.
