- Principal Accountabilities
- Responsible for retail leasing performance/occupancy of your assigned retail project while maintaining competitive lease agreements with tenants;
- Control, monitor and keep up-to-date all retail stocks/properties in proper record and filing;
- Apply proactive marketing strategies to achieve high leasing performance using the department’s budget and platform or developer’s budget;
- Manage and follow-through all leasing activities’ stages to ensure they can be successful;
- Act as a main point of contact with the landlord and provide sound recommendation and solution to any problems as to achieve leasing deal;
- Input and review accurate record of meetings, deal stages and client’s contact of your own as well as the team;
- Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts at the company’s events, social events in order to create market awareness and presence;
- Analyze and shortlist prospective tenants according to the tenant mix and concept of the project;
- Suggest and prepare marketing strategies to adhere to the department’s budget;
- Responsible for internal management report in regards to leasing activities and performance to management;
- Responsible for leasing budget including rent, timeline and type of tenants of our retail projects;
- Assist in making an accurate retail forecast and ensure it is achieved by all level;
- Assist in preparation of pitching document/proposal and able to make impressive pitch to win projects;
- Responsible for accurate and regular project status for reporting to landlord and the management in a timely manner;
- Build and monitor close relation with current and prospective clients to update about retail market, properties and company’s services;
- Provide support to the subordinates;
- Adhere to the company’s compliance policies and procedures;
- Maintain excellent customer service to internal and external clients;
- Monitor retail trend, vacancy, rent and competition in the market;
- Other duties as assigned by Management team.
- Position requirements
- Education
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration, or business related field
or
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Banking or business related field
Knowledge
- Proven professional experience in retail leasing or retail industry;
- Demonstrate knowledge in Cambodian lease terms and conditions;
- Demonstrate ability to deal with difficult clients and problem solving;
- Demonstrate ability to manage and work as part of a team;
- Excellent level of skill with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Impeccable verbal and written communicate in English & Khmer, both verbally and in writing. Chinese language skills would be an advantage;
- Be highly process oriented with high level of attention to detail, accuracy and efficiency
- Outgoing, patience, persistent and self-motivated with a positive attitude;
- Able to perform multi-tasking with strong time management
- Experience
- At least three years’ work experiences in Sales/Marketing position or be able to demonstrate these qualities;
