Your agent should clearly state any additional charges, but in general there are a few extra charges payable on top of rent. Residential properties can vary from property to property. Serviced apartments will usually include most costs within the rent, however, condominiums will normally charge for additional services. In almost all cases you will need to pay additional amounts for electricity and water use.
