Retail Manager – 1 Position

Job Descriptions: 

  • Prepare annual budget and business plan for retail business line
  • Employ strategic vision and effective management to lead the retail team forward
  • Training junior staff within the leasing team
  • Provide and support market research & consulting for retail sector clients
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships (with tenants, landlords and developers)
  • Create and review marketing plans, leasing kits and progress reports
  • Pitch for new projects and develop the business line with support from senior management
  • Thoroughly review LOI’s and lease agreements
  • Undertake inspection in a professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned by management team

Leasing Manager – 1 Position

Job Descriptions: 

  • Support market research and consulting reports for retail sector clients
  • Manage the leasing team
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required
  • Prepare and review marketing plans, leasing kits and tenant presentations
  • Prepare LOIs and lease agreements
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships (with tenants, landlords and developers)
  • Undertake inspections in a professional manner
  • Other duties as assigned by management team

Office Leasing Executive – 1 Position

Residential Sales Executive – 1 Position

Job Descriptions: 

  • Understand the market and be able to speak confidently about it to clients
  • Maintain market database
  • Prepare listings and particulars for the website and social media
  • Business development through cold calling and prospecting
  • Respond to inbound enquiries for offices/residential properties
  • Build new and maintain existing relationships with clients
  • Carry out inspections with prospective tenants in a professional manner
  • Assist with and facilitate negotiations between tenants and landlords
  • Customer service and complaint resolution with support from senior management
  • Daily and weekly reports to manager as required
  • Other duties as assigned by management team

Research Analyst – 1 Position

Job Description

  • Conducting field research in both Phnom Penh and other provinces across Cambodia;
  • Processing and analyzing data;
  • Monitoring multiple real estate sectors and identifying key market trends;
  • Assisting with the preparation of bespoke consultancy projects, presentations and published market updates;
  • Liaising with CBRE Asia Pacific and CBRE Southeast Asia departments.

Job Requirement

  • Tertiary qualifications in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or Real Estate;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a wider team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Result-oriented mind with a passion for work;
  • Previous experience in research or analytical role welcomed;
  • Competent using Microsoft office programs;
  • Fluent written / spoken English and Khmer. Chinese is a plus.

Marketing and Communications Manager – 1 Position

Job Description

  • Coordinate and develop appropriate marketing strategies for properties and services;
  • Manage social media output and engagement in a diligent and effective manner;
  • Assist in the organization and setup of events;
  • Design, create and oversee the publication of content, including; website posts, signboards, adverts, presentations and other marketing materials, as instructed by agency teams. Working with third party contracts where appropriate;
  • Oversee IT and communications networks, developing and implementing an IT strategy to ensure system resilience and security;
  • Provide IT support to colleagues to quickly and effectively set-up systems, answer queries and solve problems, with regional and third party support where required;
  • Develop website and database strategies and provide ongoing maintenance and management;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

HR Manager – 1 Position

Job Description

  • Maintain the companies hiring procedures by developing and updating job requirements and job descriptions for a range of positions, with assistance from department managers.
  • Conduct a recruitment program, job screening, job monitoring and reference checks
  • Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource legislative requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records;
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Assist managers with staff appraisals and development programmes
  • Provide progress reports and updates to senior management
  • Other tasks as assigned by the management team


Job Description

The Operations Officer responsibilities are:

  • To maintain relations and communication with all lessees at the property you are assigned to.
  • To provide administration services and support to the Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager when required.
  • To provide reports on the property condition from visual inspection.
  • To assist the Property Manager in preparing and producing a variety of reports.
  • To carry out any other duties as assigned by the Management.


  • Ensure all lessees, contractors and building users are provided with the information and guides required.
  • Regularly visit the lessees in their space to update them regarding any on-going building work; to receive comments, suggestions or complaints.
  • To monitor and review the operation of all term service sub-contractors such as cleaning, security, pest control, landscape and lift contractors, as well as to ensure that those services are performed satisfactorily as agreed to in the contract and at the costs quoted.
  • To ensure the smooth daily operation of the building such as car park, vehicular and pedestrian access and security etc.
  • Follow up on any comments, suggestions or complaints until the matter is resolved.
  • Ensure tenancy fit-out runs smoothly, maintain contact with the lessee to ensure they have all information and assistance they require.
  • Carry out regular building inspections and view from the client perspective. Report any issues or abnormalities to the Property Manager with a recommendation for improvement.
  • Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Property Manager or the Management.
  • Be on call 24 hours in case of emergencies.
