Phnom Penh MarketView – Q4 2017 – CBRE Cambodia


Approved construction investment in Cambodia saw a
22% increase y-o-y during 2017. A total of 3,418
projects with a combined value of 6.8 billion USD
were granted permission across the Kingdom.

During 2017, average land prices across the capital’s
principal districts grew by 6.6% y-o-y.

Average quoting prices for affordable condominiums
depreciated by 2% compared to last quarter, while
quoting price for high-end condominiums increased
by 1% q-o-q.

Occupancy of multi-let office space reached the
highest rate since 2009, standing at 82.7% by the end
of 2017.
